Updated Vortec Spider - direct swap out for 1996-2001 Poppet Valve units

Factory Replacement unit for years 2002 and up with Fuel Return System

Spider Injector Body is Disassembled and Ultrasonically Cleaned - Stripped of old parts

Fuel line In / return Orings are replaced with new viton Orings

Fuel Injectors are removed and replaced with remanufactured AC Delco injectors

New fuel lines and harness installed on injectors.

Injectors are fitted with new fuel tube clips - allowing a snug fit into the intake port

New Fuel Pressure Regulator is installed in each unit

Plug Connector seal is replaced with new

Complete units are pressure tested and flow tested at 58PSI

note: we recommend replacing the intake gaskets and fuel filter when performing this replacement.
