Detailed Reconditioning Procedure:

Spider Injector Body is Disassembled and Ultrasonically Cleaned - Stripped of old parts

Fuel line In / return Orings are replaced with new viton Orings

Fuel Injectors are removed and replaced with remanufactured AC Delco injectors

Injectors are fitted with new fuel tube clips - allowing a snug fit into the intake port

New Fuel Pressure Regulator is installed in each unit

Plug Connector seal is replaced with new

Complete units are pressure tested and flow tested at 58PSI

note: we recommend replacing the intake gaskets and fuel filter when performing this replacement.

Intake Gasket Kit: GM Part # 17113206

Total price includes $50 core deposit which is refundable upon return of your core.

core must be identical to part that was purchased - poppet spiders not accepted.

core must be undamaged - complete with all injectors and components.
